Chapter one: Jamie the… What?
Jamie was an ordinary guy. At least looked like one. But was he? No one knew. Some people said he was crazy, and some people thought he was an alien. Only a few knew how he was before his wife died. They said he was nice, but obviously, he was nothing like he was in the past. He roamed the streets of Seattle, until he decided to move into a gigantic house, on the Kennen hill. He hired a maid called Marie since his wife was dead. Of course, Marie didn’t know about Jamie and the stories behind him. Surprisingly, he had lots of large stuff to carry, though he roamed the streets for about 7 years. Marie didn’t know what was going to happen. Nothing. Until it happened.
Chapter two: Guests?
When they finished moving in, everything in the house was a mess. Marie sighed as she walked in. Jamie blocked her, and pushed her outside.
“Stay out.” Jamie said.
He closed the gigantic doors, and eerie sounds came out of the house. Marie was horrified. Two seconds later, the door was open again, and the inside of the house was completely neat and organized. Marie was so surprised that she didn’t hear Jamie calling her in the house. Marie was so amazed as she entered the house. Everything was just wonderful. Things were unpacked, the whole house was neat. Jamie called Marie to do dinner. As Marie entered the kitchen, the lights lit up automatically. She leaned over to the fridge and opened it. The fridge was full! Full of food! Marie started grabbing stuff out of it to make a delicious dinner. She started with salad, and some pasta. She also made some beef stew. As she served the the food, Jamie told Marie that he might be inviting his friends over for dinner. Jamie devoured the food, and left the kitchen. Marie did a quick dinner for herself, ate it and got out of the kitchen, too. Marie found Jamie in the living room. He showed Marie her room, and went upstairs to his room. Marie’s room was downstairs, and the look of the room was fantastic. It was full of fancy furniture, and the bed was gigantic. There was a vast bathroom inside her room, all nice and clean. Marie was very curious how Jamie did all this stuff, but she didn’t have time to think about it. She was too tired. She went to bed straight away. She threw herself on the bed with a thud. She was too tired to think of anything. Or imagine. She did not know what was coming up.
Chapter three: Invitations…?“MARIE~!” Jamie screamed.
“Marie! You overslept! Wake up!” Jamie screamed so loud that Marie jumped off the bed straight away.
Marie ran to the kitchen and started making breakfast. Jamie patiently waited in the kitchen. Marie served Jamie’s food, and got a piece of bread for herself.
“Mawie, I am Going to invite some fwiends ovah foh dinnah.” Jamie said with his mouth full.
“I will be going around their houses giving them the invitations.” Jamie said swallowing all his food.
Then Jamie left the table, going upstairs. Marie sighed, and started sweeping the floor. She felt like the floor was getting dirtier as she swept the floor. When Marie finished with downstairs, she went upstairs. She swept all the rooms but Jamie’s. When she knocked on his door it made a thunderous noise. She waited outside the door, but there was no answer. She was worried, so she banged herself against the door, and the door burst open. No one was in there. No one. She was so horrified that she was running around and around. She ran down the stairs and there was Jamie, standing in front of the door.
“So, did you finish cleaning up the house?” He asked
“Uhhh… yes. The only place that I didn’t clean was your room.” Marie said, surprised.
“You don’t need to.” He said coolly and walked away.
Marie ran to him.
“I know a great restaurant! Do you want to go? I can prepare lunch if you wouldn’t like…”
Jamie nodded and said-
“My friends are going to come over next sunday, you better be prepared.”
They went out, ate their lunch and came back.
Chapter four: Preparation (Marie’s point of view)The next days were okay. Though most of the stuff that I did was just cleaning and cooking. Jamie kept acting weird, though. He started staying in his room the whole day! Days passed like that until- it was saturday. Jamie finally got out of his room. He told me to get out of the house for about 3 hours. I had nothing to do, so I went to a coffee shop. I talked to people but I couldn’t hold waiting 3 hours. I ran back home and tried to open the door. Well, obviously- the door was locked. I waited outside until Jamie was ready. I waited and waited until the door burst open, and I was so surprised. The whole house was… just was luxurious with gigantic paintings and antique furniture.
“How…?” I murmured with my mouth wide open.
Jamie pulled me in. The house was way more beautiful than it was before. I ran into the kitchen. All the mess I made in the kitchen was all cleaned up. The refrigerator was full again. Full of glorious food.
“How do you like the new interior?” Jamie asked.
“This- This is just too amazing! How? How did you do this?” I blurted out.
Jamie smiled and walked away. I stood there. In the kitchen- amazed.
Chapter five: The feast (Marie’s point of view)I woke up in an amazing mood. I was half nervous and half excited. I had stuff to prepare. I ran to the kitchen as quickly as I could. Jamie was down in the kitchen reading the newspaper. I ran to make breakfast for him. The kitchen tools looked marvelous. She started frying some eggs and bacon. She served the breakfast and fed herself. I started making salad and some beef. I also made special pasta with hamburgers and sandwiches. I also made my own special juice. At 8 o’clock the guest had started coming in.
“Dithguthting! (Disgusting)” A rude voice shouted out.
Jamie stared at the door. The door opened, and a small girl came in.
“Ith thith your new houthe, Jamie? (Is this your new house, Jamie?)” the girl shouted.
“Sure it is, Sarah- what’s wrong?” Jamie asked.
“Your garden ith dithguthting. Underthtand? Dithguthting! (Your garden is disgusting. Understand? Disgusting!)” Sarah shouted and skipped through the house into the kitchen.
“I’m HUNGRY!” Sarah whined as she sat down.
“Calm down, Sarah. More people are to come.” Jamie calmed her.
DING- DING- DING-!
Jamie ran to answer the door.
“Hi, Jamie…” A man mumbled.
“Captain Tory!” Jamie ran to him and gave him a hi-five.
“Come! Sit with us.” Jamie introduced him into the kitchen.
Lots and lots of people came. Luckily, our kitchen fit them all nicely. Jamie stood on a stool and shouted:
“Everybody! Listen! Let the feast- BEGIN!”
People started devouring the food. They were talking and laughing a lot, too. some time later, everybody was full. They just started talking. Then Jamie called me.
“Pssst! I want you to make desert.” Jamie said.
“You mean dessert?” I asked.
“No! I want desert.” Jamie shouted.
“Now, go make desert.”
Chapter six: You mean dessert, right? (Marie’s point of view)I hurried back to the kitchen to make dessert. I found a pumpkin, so I decided to make pumpkin pie. I got my knife and tried to cut the pumpkin. It started to glow! I was so horrified that I almost dropped my knife. I was trying to stop my hand from cutting that thing, but my hand wouldn’t budge. I lowered the knife and it grew even brighter.
“AHHHHH!” I screamed as loud as I could, but no one heard me. No one.
When the knife touched the pumpkin, it flew back right by my side and grabbed my shirt, pulling me back. The knife hit the wall, and I crashed on the wall right after it got stuck. The pumpkin was still glowing, starting to fly. Two more knives came to my shoulder and grabbed my shirt again and hit the wall. I couldn’t move. The pumpkin had a face! It stared me like a scarecrow for a long time. He turned around to where the knives were and made a huge one float. The floating knife came to my neck. Ready to cut it. I slowly took a knife that was stuck on the wall and threw it right at the pumpkin. The knife at my neck fell. The pumpkin made a horrible noise, getting all the sharp things in the kitchen. I threw another knife at it. Now it was screeching. I ran away as fast as I could from the kitchen. I was so shocked the moment I went in the dining room. All the people had a pumpkin on their heads. They were holding knives, axes, and scythes. They were all screeching, coming at me..
“AHHHHHHHHHH!” I shrieked with all my might.
The pumpkinheads were closer. I had nothing to do. Nowhere to run. The one that looked like Jamie threw a knife at my face. I got hit, and fell.
“I told you. Make desert.” He hissed in my face.
